Front desk and Off Net Pricing

Team Description & Purpose of Role
Position reports to the Regional Customer Service Centre manager.
Job Responsibilties
OFF NET PRICING DUTIES:
• To work on pricing projects as instructed and prioritised by the Senior Manager, OLO Management, to locations off-net to the Internet backbone and Metro networks.
• To administer xDSL feasibility checks, where possible using our OLO suppliers own tools, and where no by working closely with the OLO suppliers.
• Focus on timeliness of tail quotes, accuracy of quote and RFS dates, and balancing best tail price, delivery timescales and supplier quality.
• Assist in maintaining a database of quotes provided, to ensure we are able to estimate budgetary costs where speed is essential and to track same and/or similar requests coming in from different parties.
• Assist with any additional administrative requirements (filing of historical data) when required
• Produces Reports on a timely manner to ensure that quotes are up-to-date and to measure performance of 3rd Party Suppliers and escalates any issues with the Providers of the region to the line manager on a daily and weekly basis
• Manages and enhances the day to day relationship with the Providers in the regions assigned under the supervision of the line Manager;
• Daily relationship with Sales, Sales Engineering and Products;
FRONT DESK DUTIES:
• Ensure that the main reception area switchboard is covered at all times; answer all calls in a professional manner, within a target objective of 3 rings.
• Receive all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintaining public folders – including managing and co-ordinating meeting rooms and projectors diary.
• Managing all deliveries to the company and monitoring that they have been picked up by the right recipient and signed for.
• Co-ordinating couriers and ensuring outgoing post is dispatched daily.
• Responsible for the smooth running of the front office environment
• Ad hoc duties as required
Shifts covering rotas between 8:00 and 6:30pm Monday to Friday
Experience Required
.
• Strong admin experience
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word and Excel) desirable

• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels in the organisation, both in writing and verbally.
• Needs to have a friendly and outgoing personality,

• Able to work under pressure
Good spoken & written English.
