HR Assistant

Team Description & Purpose of Role

This position is a part of the HR team of Interoute and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Day-to-day work involves close interaction with HR Administrator, Group HR Generalists, Recruitment Team and Senior Managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Compile new starters and leavers information and documents for staff file, payroll and systems
• Arrange group inductions
• Administer meal vouchers for employees i.e. preparing, calculating and distributing to all employees on a monthly basis
• Maintain annual leave and sick leave records (manual and system based)
• Collect and prepare documents for employee background checks and security vetting
• Maintain Employee files and ensure these are up-to-date
• Prepare contracts, letters and other documents for Sofia and Prague office
• Provide HR administration support and carry out any other tasks as and when required
• Provide support for other HR tasks as and when requested

Experience Required

• 6 months of work experience
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent English Language – written and spoken
