Job Responsibilties
1. Managing the Sales team by guiding Sales Mangers and monitoring all their actions thruout the whole sales cycle.
2. Acting as a Sales Manager by driving an individual quota from the annual sales income budget of the company.
3 Identification of client’s needs and establishment of good relations with them.
4. Developing company sales strategy, increasing its market share and identification of new commercial opportunities like:
- Developing and realization of strategic and short-term plans, sale conceptions in correspondence with specified commercial objectives and marketing strategy of the company.
- Estimating of the sale potential and stability of new and existing company services.
- Maintenaning of a database regarding customer demand and opportunities for the realization of the company products and services.
- Collection and analysis of the information regarding movement of prices of services and products of competitive companies.
5. Determining commercial conditions and prices by taking under consideration the commercial objectives of the company and the satisfaction of the specific client needs.
6. Representing the company by participating in presentations, exhibition events and business meetings with regard to presentation of services and products offered by the company.
7. Assisting to the Billing & Collection Department in case of problems related to collecting client receivables.

Person Specification
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 4 years sales experience in the field of Telecommunications.
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Telecommunications.
- Good understanding of the mechanisms of wholesale and corporate sales.
- In depth understanding of the Company product portfolio.
- Excellency in English – written and spoken.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
Preferred skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of network protocols and standards,
end equipment;
